Orca - One Bedroom
The Orca Room is a corner room, located on the second floor of our home on Sandy Beach Rd, here in Petersburg, Alaska. It has a private entrance up a flight of stairs from ground level, and a private deck. It has WiFi, a queen size bed, four drawer dresser, and is part of our suite which includes a kitchenette, sitting room, Smart TV with Disney +, Netflix, Prime, YouTube TV and Paramount+. There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom with a walk in shower. The kitchenette also has a mini fridge, an electric water kettle, coffee pot, microwave, utensils, plates, glasses, pots and pans. While the Orca room remains pet free, the family cat has been known to grace our guests with her presence when invited. The Orca Room and guest suite is available for $160/night plus 13% city tax. There are no cleaning fees, and transportation to and from the airport can be arranged if we are in town during your stay.
Eagle - Two Bedrooms
For guests who require two rooms, we can add the Eagle Room. This room is next to the Orca Room and adjoins the main suite with the kitchenette, full bathroom and sitting area. It has the same view as the Orca Room, but has a full size bed instead of queen. Please see the Orca Room information for all the included amenities. The Eagle Room along with the Orca Room and guest suite is available for $200/night plus 13% city tax. There are no cleaning fees, and transportation to and from the airport can be arranged if we are in town during your stay.
Humpback - Whole House
FOUR BEDROOMS
The entire house comes with a mesh WiFi system, a full kitchen, dining room, TV room, living room and includes the Sound View B&B suite upstairs. It has four bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, and can sleep up to 8. It comes with a private hot tub on the water side of the house just off the main bedroom. Guests can also access our beach fire pit. Guests thinking about this option need to consider that this is the home we live in full time, and our belongings will be in closets and drawers, as well as shelves and tables. While we do not allow any pets, please know that the family cat resides here as well, so cat allergies may be an issue. Transportation needs can be discussed with the owners.
The per night fee structure for the entire house rental is as follows:
Up to 4 people: $500/night + 13% tax
Up to 6 people: $600/night + 13% tax
Up to 8 people: $700/night + 13% tax
The entire house option includes both the Eagle and Orca Room as well as guest suite. There are no cleaning fees, and transportation to and from the airport can be arranged if we are in town during your stay.
